The leadership, planning, and execution skills she developed throughout her government career now serve as the foundation of her approach to real estate development.

Today, Pinky applies her extensive project management expertise to the acquisition, renovation, development, management, and marketing of residential real estate across the United States. Her nationwide experience spans property acquisition, construction oversight, redevelopment, asset management, home staging, and strategic investment. Known for her hands-on involvement, she personally oversees many aspects of the development process, including design selections, renovation planning, and staging homes to maximize market appeal and value.
